Simple Process

How IDS Titles Work

Every program has specific requirements, but the overall path is straightforward.

Compete

Participate in eligible IDS-sanctioned events or another approved program when reciprocal score recognition applies.

Earn Points or Scores

Qualifying results are added to your dog’s record and applied toward the available titles for that sport.

Receive Recognition

Once the requirements are met and the results are verified, the title is officially recorded by IDS.
